  1. Attachment is analyzed in every child apprehension. Social services tend to emphasize the detachment that evolves (or their perception that it has evolved ) due to lack of visitation times between child and parent and overemphasis any attachment the child develops between the caregiver, which is many times the applicant for potential adoption. It plays too big a part in the legal process in these cases.
